These people are thieves! I cancelled my internet with them and a month , 2 months later they are still billing me, and say they can keep billing up to 3 more times after I cancel, and they say that goes for everyone. People do not use this service, they will rip you off and add fees and change everything g up from when you first signed up.then you cancel and they keep billing you, they feed off of hardworking people and then when you try to call and talk to some one its all automated, and then you get hung up on. I never once was able to speak to someone like I asked. This is the worst internet , tv and whatever other crappy service they offer. They just look for excuses to charge you for after you cancel. Thats their way of getting more money out of you and getting g back to you for cancelling. Worst company ever, make the move to spectrum, they help you not cheat you!

The worst customer service experience I have had. I called the 1-800 number because the technician who originally ran the fiber line to my parents house convinced my dad that it would be fine to run it to the garage even though the line with our old ISP terminated inside the house. Long story short, I spoke to the most unhelpful, lethargic, and slow talking Indian man I have ever experienced. He was not able to offer for a technician to come out for free or give any kind of discount for the inconvenience but rather just attempted to sell me on a Verizon phone plan. Extremely disappointed. The call lasted for 50 minutes and is now going to cost $150 to fix something that should’ve been done right in the first place if the technician didn’t deceive, my father by telling him that running into the garage would be completely fine. Absolutely ridiculous.

If I can I will give frontier with no star, this terrible service i ever have . I have problem with my internet more then 2 week ,i call and call be on the phone at list more then hours eat time . But problem never fixes. I ask first technician come out to fixed they refew to send any one come out into I have pay $150 . I keep telling them why I have to pay ,?? Your service the problem?? I ask can I speak to supervisor they keep make all excuses and promise supervisor call me back never happened. This is crazy very poor customer service. I would I not use them my internet service.

We had an appointment set up and confirmed to set up internet at our new address. After they didn’t show up we called to see what time they were going to be here, just for them to say they don’t provide service to our address. We were told we would have WiFi today, and nobody decided to let us know they cancelled the appointment since we last spoke yesterday. I would recommend this company to absolutely nobody.

I cannot rate this service location specifically, because I have never needed a technician, except for initial setup. What I can say is that I have never had an outage that Frontier did not notify me about immediately and fix within 24 hours or usually less. Internet consistency and speed has always been FAR superior so Spectrum in this area. I can count the number of outages on one hand in the last 8 years of using Frontier. I also use Internet for gaming and my latency has always been quite low and satisfactory. I'd recommend Frontier as a service provider over Spectrum any day.
